They say you have had an an accident in the last few years. I asked the caller was I injured and did not know about it or did I die. They hung up before I could get an answer.

These seem to be some kind of legal advice company. They did answer this number and I spoke to Joseph, he pressed me for my phone number as much as possible but I held firm. Called him from a different number and he after a lot of time I managed to get out of him that they were checking if I required legal advice for an accident. Obvious ambulance chasers so beware
