Called 6 times today and I have been very firm but still they have called back. I would guess they are calling from India and I have had male and female callers and they definitely seem to be fishing for bank details although clearly don't understand what direct debit means because they asked if my card was about to expire, which is irrelevant if paying via ones bank!

Called 6 times in 4 hours even though I am ex-Directory and a TPS member. My answer phone screens and then they hang up. Number now blocked. Nuisance and unwanted.

Said from tps...male.....tried to get my card details...I am afraid I was very short with them.
I am female and a pensioner so I guess they maybe thought I might be an easy target so anyone else BEWARE

Male with strong foreign accent said was calling from TPS. Obviously untrue. Told him this was a scam, had no right to call us, and to get off the line.

They said they were from the TPS they were not. Usual waffle about phone calls but just put the receiver down. Mind you I did say oh! No your not your liars then I put it down. Not worth wasting any more time on it.
Be aware especially if your elderly and or disabled as your a target.
