   I was called constantly by this company today even though I pay on time. Once I have repaid them I will NEVER use their crappy services again and nor would I recommend Opus to ANYBODY

   This number calls me every day even on a Sunday!! I had 17 missed call on Sunday, they start ring me from 7.45 in the morning till about 9pm in the evening if I don't answer mobile they ring the home phone

   Opus credit card, they have been paid and it hadn't shown on their account, but as others say, mithering persistent horrible company. I should learn and just cut card up!!

   This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.

    Opus call even when you have paid them, they are a horrible company to deal with they call 6 or 7 times a day, when you have already explained and agreed something with them. Total harassment.

    Calls received up to 10 times a day. Every day except Sunday. Already reported to Ombudsman no action taken as far as I know.

    I had to report this company to the Ombudsman because of the awful amount of harassment because i was 1 day late in payment. worst company ever, can't wait to pay this off, stay clear

    My partner pays his Credit card at the end of each month since he changed his job. He asked this company to change the date the payments came out. Meant moving DD from the 20th of each month to the 30th. They refused!For the past 3 months, from the 20th to the 30th we have received approx 6 calls a day!! I am telling them he will not be in till after a certain time at night... 30 mins later we get yet another call! Maybe it is our fault... As we cancelled the DD to them.. Even so if they met us half way this company would be paid monthly as before. Total nightmare!

    Yes they do the same with me...just called me this morning at 8:45!! My mobile rang three times from them. They hung up. My landline went IMMEDIATELY...absolute shower of shit

    We have been having these calls every day several times a day. It rings and rings, then it rings off and rings again. I do not answer them, but it is very annoying as any genuine calls from friends family etc may not be answered because of this. Do not answer these calls.

    I used to have a citi card that has recently been taken over by opus. Had statements through with opus instead of citi. This number is correct for opus if you have dealings with them!

    They say they have recently taken over from Citi Card and ask me to confirm my address/postcode etc. Will not say why they are asking. I do not have a Citi Card. I asked them to tell me one digit from my postcode but they can't so they are obviously fishing for my details, possibly to send me a credit card I don't want. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS. Waste their time and wind them up a bit!
