Told me I had to get an emergency alarm tag.
Apparently our emergency services 999 and 111, have made it the law that we all have to have these alarms! And I would be in trouble with the police if I didn't get one!
When I asked where he was calling from, he said the same place as you, but couldn't elaborate.
Told him he was a fraud, at which point he hung up.
