Me: But I'm not with EE.
Him: Oh, so you moved provider? Still uses the same network mate.
Me: Network yes, but a different provider; you said my 'account'.
Him: Look mate it's just a courtesy call to (line goes dead).
Verdict: Caller is not calling from EE. Likely 3rd party seller with some old account info. You'd be better off going straight to a provider anyway. If you try calling back you get an error. If you hate cold caller sales people block this number.
