   Annoying calls from this number after I'd just bought my house, a woman trying to sell me gas electric water etc plus home insurance. How do they get hold of my number ?

   In our case I know for a fact that its the ESTATE AGENT who passed our PRIVATE number onto this bunch. YOUR MOVE the Estate agent obviously cant be trusted to keep your details confidential. They were given my name, number and address. No doubt they will be phoning again. A few days ago it was someone tryin to push insurance into us. Again thankyou YOUR MOVE !!!!

   I recently used a mortgage advisor who works through YourMove to arrange my mortgage for the house i have just bought. YourMove has passed my contact details on to an insurance company - without my permission! And now i get daily calls from 01392849808 even though i have already told them that i have arranged my buildings and contents insurance through another company. They want to try and beat the quote i've been given by the other company, i've told them i'm not interested and yet i still get calls from them! I'm really annoyed. When they call now, i answer the phone and the lock it in my top drawer at work hoping that they might get the hint and go away as they don't get the hint when i actually TELL them to go away. If i don't answer my phone then they leave a long answerphone message. Not happy!!

   Just exchanged with Your Move. Next thing I get a call from these guys. Not accpetable, I haven't agreed to have my number issued. They also petter me with insurance. Your Move need to be taken to task on their practices.

   The man who called knew my name and then made the mistake of saying he was calling from Reed Rains Utilities. I asked him to repeat it as I wasn't sure I had heard him right. He then mumbled "No, sorry I'm calling from Your Move"... I am in the process of renting a flat via Your Move and they have obviously given my number out to third parties without my consent. Of concern is the fact that these third parties are pretending to be calling from Your Move. So far I have had a call from someone wanting to sort out my broadband for me and now this one wanting to "help" me with my utilities.

   Ive had a call from this number after reeds rains gave them my private details without my concent. Being harassed 4 times a day by different people there.
   
   Do not use them, try utility warehouse, got a cracking deal with them!!

   Just noticed this missed call on my mobile, with no message. Googled it to see this page come up. I've just bought a house (moving next week) and the estate agent was Your Move.

   Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I'll add this one to their list

   Never give number to anyone but recently completed a house purchase with reeds rains had a call last night from ppi and now today from this number I tried to call back but was too busy to answer. Can I peruse reeds rains for breach of dpa

    Estate Agents have given them my number, what a cheek! but try to prove it! First said they were offering a Estate Agent service to connect gas etc. when moving in. then once had me listening started talking tariffs, I swiftly told them I wasn't interested and they put the phone down, but I know it won't be the last junk call I'll be getting. This should be illegal.

    Same as others, used Reeds Rain and Rightmove to find a property... they said they were from Reeds Rains, but in my experience I didn't know they sold broadband?! Promptly told to leave me alone.

    Trying to sell contents insurance and utilities. Caller advised that they had been given myd7d number by Reeds Rains, i never gave pernission for then to pass my details on for sales calls.
