   They have rung a number of times stating I need to pay a debt for pay day loan for which I am apparently a guarantor for a former employee. They threaten court action in next two days. They went silent when I asked where 'my' court papers are as you cannot start proceedings without them. They are crooks and I have reported them and the former employee to the police and Actionfraud.

   Had a total of eleven calls from this number today, claiming to be "Rodger Morgan & Associates Law Firm" saying if I do not make a payment to them of £225 then I will be in court wednesday morning for a number of ridiculous charges, including fraud, theft, cheque fraud, and tampering with equipment. Ludicrous! I spoke to three men on one call, the first guy spoke with a very hard to understand accent. the second guy I spoke to was his "supervisor" who's accent was mildly beter but not by much. He forgot the name of his company at one point, and when I questioned him on it the phone went dead, he called back within 30 seconds and started swearing down the phone at me for supposedly hanging up on him. He then put me through to a "solicitor" who proceeded to inform me that if I day not pay him this £225 then these charges will be brought against my name on Wednesday. When I told him that not only I was not sure of his validity but also that I actually have no money to give he informed me that the authorites will be visting my house tomorrow. As soon as I got off the phone my partner called the number and asked for their company website. at which point he was promptly hung up on. We then had a series of no less than six calls, all of which my partner answered (all from the same number) where all he could hear was breathing down the oher end of the line. The number then kept continuing for a number of hours to call again, eventually i answered the phone where some man proceeded to tell me he "loves me" at which point my partner angrily took the phone and told the man where to go. The scary part of this though was that the guy on the other end of the phone the reeled off not only our phone numbers, but our work numbers, our address, email address AND National insurance numbers before telling us he was "coming to get us" I am absolutely HORRIFIED. I have reported this to the police. If any one else gets these calls I would strongly suggest you do that same. Good luck.

   Rang me told me that they are from devon county and that my details has been forwarded to court due to payday loan (kwik cash). They said that I owe money to kwik cash and didn't pay them. They said i need to pay it otherwise the court will send me to prison. I don't know how they got my bank details, address,phone no. & date of birth.

   Was contacted by this company claiming to be a Debt Collection Soilcitor for Kwik Cash Payday Loans . Asking for Debit Card Details and or Western Union Money Transfers if they contact you please advise National Fraud Report Centre on 0300 1232040

   Cntacted me saying there was a legal case against me from kwik cash and want me to pay it otherwise i will be send to court. The name of the person who phoned me was JASON BROWN of DEVON county. They are SCAMMED people.
