Someone calling himself Steven from 'Security Awareness Scotland' supposedly offering a free home security system in exchange for information about domestic circumstances. He made some excuse and apologised when I told him he shouldn't be calling, as I've been registered with TPS for years. I don't know what sort of scam it is, but sounds extremely dodgy - anyone who is security aware should just hang up. Number now blocked and reported to ICO.

He was first wanting to know what security arrangements I have. Told him I'm not discussing my arrangements with a random caller - "well if its such & such a type you're entitled to a free upgrade" etc. and as in other comments here, I'm too long in the tooth to know 'There's no such thing as a free lunch' I said "not interested" he politely said thank you for your time.
