   Indian man said he was calling from "England Claim Services" in Manchester. He addressed me by a bogus name I had given to a previous unsolicited caller. When asked he said the address was 96 Devon Road LU2 0RU which is in Luton. He gave me a contact number of 01624643245. He said I am entitled to a PPI payment of £1826 but due to admin fees and taxes the actual amount I get is only £720. However if I take out an insurance policy I would save the fees and taxes. So he started asking me questions in order to start the policy. He asked me to verify my date of birth so I gave him a false date which he said verified my identity. In the meantime I did a Google Earth search for 96 Devon Way Luton and found it was a semi-detached house. I asked him to describe the outside of his "office" at which point he terminated the call.

   Same call to me today, Same data, Wanted my DoB, at which stage I asked which bank was involved. He said would answer after data check. After I declined to give further info. He enquiriered about my mental state. Asking if I was Mad.Phone call ended here.
