    Caller said it was to do with a minor traffic accident. When I asked when she told me "sometime in the last three years". When I said I didn't know what she was talking about she said maybe it was a trip or fall. I asked for the reason for her call and she said she was checking up on how it was dealt with. When I asked by whom she didn't know!
