Have had several calls over the last few days. Each time I answer they shout something and hang up. Decided I'd had enough this morning and called them back. A scouser answered, said they're called ADI Assist. She was very rude and denied any of what I reported.

Scouser saying he was from AAT, without explaining what this was - he said Accident something or other when I asked then continued patronisingly that it was self explanatory when you say the name (which he didn't until I asked) so I hung up on the stroppy sod.
