Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. As he was about to terminate the call I pointed out the date and said all the stuff I'd given him was false and hung up. He called back asking what I meant, then called back again, to say my birthday suited me!
