phoned my partners phone so I took the call as she's disabled. Persistently tried to sell me the iphone for like £35 a month. Claimed to be from EE, later claimed to be a Partner company of o2 and Vodaphone and Three. told me I was a good customer so I said I'd only had the phone a month, Actually had it 2 years. told the foreign caller She's breached PECR as they shouldnt be calling and could be fined up to 20milliion Euros or 4% of their turnover, didnt phase her at all so I continued to repeat the law to her. Said if they were a partner of EE they would have checked the TPS register so they'll be fined.
