You don’t know for sure whom it is at the end of that call requesting details , so don’t give them out especially at 8-30 am
They’ve been told don’t ring here before

Didn't answer the call, but checked on here so now know it is Vanquis chasing me even though I have written to them. Clearly still using this number.

Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed!

I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off.

I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.
