An Indian claimed to be from Microsoft and stated that my computer had been hacked and was being used for illegal activites. He asked me to switch on my computer (which I didn't do). I kept him on the line for 5 minutes just saying yes to his questions are which point he became verbally abusive and hung up - hopefully I've prevented him contacting at least 1 vulnerable person today

A nice Indian lady said there was something wrong with my computer and that my I.D was compromised. I played along with this charade until she realised all the beeping was me faffing with the microwave and not my PC. Utter scum buckets they are. She cut me off.
