   JUST HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND GOT NOTHING BUT CHEEK FROM THE GUY ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THE SYSTEM HE STARTED SWEARING AT ME CALLING ME A B***H AND ALL THAT. HE EVEN TOLD ME TO GO F**K MYSELF!!
   THAT NUMBER PHONES ME ATLEAST 5-6 TIMES PER DAY AND I'M GETTING REALLY FED UP WITH IT! ITS BEYOND A JOKE THAT YOU GET HASSLE AND CALLED NAMES FROM SOMEONE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE THAT DOESN'T EVEN KNOW YOU. I TOLD HIM TO REMOVE MY NUMBER OR NEXT TIME I'LL BE PHONING THE POLICE ABOUT IT AS LIKE I SAID ITS 5-6 TIMES PER DAY, HE THEN REPLIED THAT I CAN TELL MI5 OR JAMES BOND HIMSELF!

   Phone rang at 12.12pm today (29th June 2015). Husband answered as he works from home and all he heard was a female voice saying "then you just add the VAT" (presumably to a colleague). He said it was obviously a call centre from the cacophony of voices in the background, and despite him saying hello a few times, she never answered/spoke to him and then hung up. I dialled 1471 and was given the number 0161 814 8818, but with no option to return the call, so I dialled the number and heard an answerphone message saying "the person at ext. 2002 is not currently available, please leave a message" - I didn't. I've subsequently discovered, via the internet, that the company is Money Protect Ltd and they are likely calling about the pensions regulations changes with a view to relieving you of some of your cash. I find it hilarious that this company is paying a bunch of lazy dullards who don't even possess the wit to have a conversation with the people they call. I loathe these cold callers - they have no respect for people's privacy or time. We've been registered with the TPS and opted out of the edited electoral register for years, but it's had little effect (and the ICO is worse than useless!). In desperation, I opted to go ex-directory under BT's Privacy Policy a couple of months ago and these damn calls STILL haven't stopped! What the hell are we supposed to do?! Today I've logged a complaint with the TPS - for what good that ever does! :(

   Having received several calls on my works phone no. I finally decided to answer one. Sarah from ??? Pension Helpline (didn't catch the actual name), wanting to tell me about the pension freedom changes that came into force from April 2015. She soon lost interest when I told her that I'd been in my current employer's pension scheme for 36+ years & I didn't have any other pension funds I could access. I'm guessing she was wanting to help 'free up' any pension pots for an extortionate fee!!

   At 6.25pm received a call from this number, English sounding male gave his name as Stephen said he was from ??? Pension Helpline. When I told him I didn't accept cold calls he said some thing that sounded suspiciously like piss off" and put the phone down on me.
