Funny those who mention they're on EE as I am too and received a call from them .. I would say EE is illegally selling our details!

Do you have any evidence except this feeling you have because they want personal information. everyone wants personal information these days it's how you confirm your speaking to the right person
I can say with %100 this is NOT a scam - I have checked with the regulators who confirm they are a fully registered and regulated business and as my earlier post says i went through the process and ended up with over £1000 in my pocket

Just another desperate PPI claims company who have probably bought your name and phone number illegally and are now pursuing you to act on your behalf for a PPI claim. They can't get it through their thick heads that if you have never paid any PPI, how on earth are they going to claim it back for you?

Really scared me these people, said they knew where i lived and were going to come round and rape my dog while my forcing my cat to watch. So have signed up with them to get PPI back to save my puppy from ending up with an arsehole as wide as the Mersey tunnel.

Had a few missed calls from this number but they phoned me today claiming to be from "help your claim" explained that I didn't have any claims that needed any help and they replied "well thats the thing - a lot of banks charged PPI" interrupted them at this point to say I wasn't interested in their sales pitch as I was well aware of the PPI background and they giggled and said "oh but you must be interested in getting the money back" (I'm not entitled to any...) - went ballistic about them being rude and ignoring the "customer" when they are already the ones harrassing me, told them to remove my number from the database.

They called me this morning trying to sell me a handful of magic beans in exchange for a cow.
I declined, they insisted and kept on badgering me, then trying to sell me a prize winning racehorse.
At this point I definitely knew it was a scam as the horse had died in 2004.
I did buy some pegs though, they were disappointing.
Avoid these fools like the plague. -

Just got a call from this number saying I can get a refund for PPI. I politely said I have never paid for it, so to please remove me from the call list. The guy then rudely Interrupted me by saying I may not be aware. I replied that I was very aware. And to not assume anything about me, and to remove me before I escaladed the matter. He then was super rude and said 'you have a credit card right? Because you actually might have paid.." So I rudely interrupted him back by saying that I've never had a credit card. And to seriously stop answering me back and annoying me even further by BSing. And to please remove me from the call list.
He then had the audacity to call ME rude?!
I've worked in sales, and arguing with a person who is clearly not going to buy your sh*t, is not the way to do. -

Do not ever pick up this call. They try to collect your bank account details by listing bank names and asking you to name yours, then narrowing down to questions like the year that you got your credit card by giving a range of years, eg. 1995-2012? I stopped answering there, so not sure of the other questions. Then, when you asked why they need the bank details, they would tell you that you are potentially the winner of thousand pounds. I said I am not interested in the money, still they would not hang up the phone no matter what you say.
Definitely a scam, and the person on the phone is aggressive!!

Got a call from this clearly spam number speaking unintelligibly from a script and hesitant to answer some of my questions about their legitimacy. They immediately hung up and I blocked the number. I immediately told friends and family of this cold caller. I'm with EE on a relatively new number.

I never answer calls from unknown callers or numbers I do not recognise immediately. I have tried registering with the TPS but many firms now ignore them"!
