Said they were phoning about my Dyson guarantee. I have never had a Dyson and yet they knew my surname. Just seems odd.

Trying to sell a service for a Dyson, which we have but this may be a coincidence, giggly young girl lots of background noise, nervous on phone kept reading the same line of a card about the carbon brushes probably needing replacing despite me saying twice I don't use the thing anymore.

Called about my dyson, we dont have a dyson but I led him on and kept him on the line for as long as I could. I work on the premise that if they think they can waste my time then I am at liberty to waste theirs ! ! !
