These people operate illegally. They refuse to give receipts unless you sign papers that you have not read and don't want to sign. They pester for money that isn't owed. And they charge illegal fees. Well off the allowable scale of fees. They stink.

These ppl came to my address for my dad my dad has never been down at living at my address but there investigations lead them to me for a fine from July of 2019 my dad died in March of 2019 I brought his ashes to the door they took a picture and there still ringing me wanting to speak to my dad

Announced as enforcement agents, needed all my contact details for data protection, before advising what call about. Refused so was told they couldn’t proceed. Reported in to Police, who weren’t interested in number ( which appeared on my phone) but suggested I google number to see if “ others” had similar experiences, and it seems you did. Scammers tell them to get lost

Had yet another call this morning, message left on the landline answering machine. I have asked repeatedly for my number to be removed because they are asking for someone that isn't me. Every time they say they will remove my number, it goes quiet for a few weeks, then starts all over again. I've had the same number for 16 years and have told them this, but they still keep calling.

i had a letter from this debt collector saying i owed the council money for an old council tax debt which wasnt wrong. I called them this morning to arrange payment plan and once everything was sorted hung up the phone. Since then I have had 3 phone calls from them, the second one i answered and when we got past security questions he apologised for the inconvenience as he can see there is an arrangement in place and that its an automated dialer calling out...it has just called me again at 19:34pm! this is really starting to get on my nerves!

Had a call from this number yesterday (Friday)
They asked if I'd been in an accident that wasn't my fault (which I haven't) also strangely knew my name?
Anyways told them I couldn't speak but she rudely, just kept quick firing questions ignoring anything I said!
Ended up saying, are you thick what part of can't talk don wasn't you understand rude b***h???

Phoned me in the evening asking for my details straight away. Somehow had an incorrect version of my name already, which raises red flags.
They said they had to withold information about the purpose for the call until they had my details. Also said I should have received letters explaining why they would call, which I have not.
The person I spoke to was polite and suggested I ring them back on another number and gave their company name as Rossendales.
I don't have any debts, and would much rather have the actual company contact me rather than someone who sounds suspicious. -

They phoned me a few times but I was put through to an automated Press 1, Press 2 system. I phoned them back and managed to speak to an operator who confirmed that they had a wrong number and said she would remove the number from their database. Seemed quite reasonable to talk to.

This number has called my 12 year old Son Twice. Nobody on the other end, just an automated message. I called them back, they claim my Son owes unpaid Council Tax. I told them there is no way he could owe Council Tax because he is 12 years old. When I asked the Woman on the other end what her Name was, she refused to give it to me but she kept insisting I give her my Name and my Bank Details so I could pay my son's (non existing) debt. I refused to give her anything so she began to get nasty so I asked her if she owns a Sex Toy because she should go F*** herself. She hung up. I blocked my number before I called so she could not call back.

Awful people. Make you feel like a criminal even though you are fully innocent and there's a mistake on a different companies part. They will say you owe *** you owe *** how am I taking payment today? You explain with a number of proof and reference numbers etc and they still are adamant that mistakes don't happen and start introducing the threats of you will be taken to court blah blah blah today if you don't make a payment. They don't understand the concept that other companies can make mistakes.

I am sick of these people . Have been getting calls on my landing for weeks now . If I answer the call there is nobody to talk to and it goes straight to an automated voice message apologising for the inconvenience, inviting me to call their number but that they will call back . They do and leave the same message . Can't even bar the number as its my landline . So annoyed , have never been in debt in my life except mortgage which is now paid off .

Asked for the name of someone who doesn't exist. This has been happening for years now, and every time I advise the caller to delete the name off thier list. They never do. I asked what company they are and he refused to divulge. About time this was made illegal!

Automated call at least twice a day. I have never answered it as don't answer numbers I do not know. Wife answered once and said it was in reference to Family Credit debt. Never had it so can't be. Must be a scam. Have blocked number but still on my mobile answer phone. Does anyone know how to stop?

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. Perhaps "Anne Rob" might like to seek this one out....Find this rather odd as my credit file is fine. First thing in the morning too. Dont they think people have children or work to attend to. My phone says its a scam or fraud for that reason Im out!!!

I have had several calls now, and when I answer, nobody's there to speak to me. I already checked here and got their details, so I visited their website, and they seem legit. They called again tonight (again, nobody on the other end), so I called them and told them to stop. The operator said she could only deal with the person whose details they had, so I had to confirm my identity. I refused and told her if they wanted to speak with me, there'd be someone on the line when I picked it up. She then said I should have received a letter, which I haven't, and told her so, to which she apologised and said she'd remove my details from their database. Whether or not she has remains to be seen, but I refuse to give my personal details over the phone to people just because they call me and ask for them (or make ME call THEM, even)!

called 2nd week running at around 8am Saturday morning, no response when answered, called them to find out very obstructive when i explained that i had recently changed to this number and was not person they were looking for, refused to transfer me to a manager, had to threaten legal action to stop them ringing, hope it works

Someone on this number called me at 7:50am, would not give their name or company or reason for call. I told him to review his calling procedures as common courtesy when calling someone out of the blue, you would tell them who you are and why you are calling. This person got very annoyed at my insistence that he give me his details first. so I gave him nothing and blocked the number. you should do the same.

Calling me constantly about some unknown persons debts with HMRC.Appear to be crooks looking for the main chance.
