   very noisy call centre. usual patter, how are you today etc claptrap..
   said they are offering incentives in my area, they are asking about life planning, at that point I cut them off.
   Nuisance call,when is this harassment going to be stopped...I will report as usual to the ICO, probably another waste of time, great job if you can get it..

   Knew my name but couldn't stop laughing and lots of noise an giggling going on in background then she hung up, said she was phoning from a company called "people care" but not sure as she was laughing at the time. Weird. I have blocked the number
