Wanted my card details for a phone upgrade even though guy didn't know what my current phone was. Don't fall for these pushy scammers.

Said they were o2 but knew nothing about my phone or my contract. Wanted me to provide bank details over the phone. Totally untrustworthy. Do not sign up for anything on this number.

Scam number. Claimed to be O2 but had no knowledge of the contract I was currently on, or the phone I was using. Said they had a 'special offer that was only available over the phone for a limited time only'. Asked for card details over the phone. Managed to send SMS that looked like it came from O2 (they did this by putting my phone number into O2 website and requesting a verification code). Checked with O2 who confirmed users of this number are fraudsters.

Scam call. Claimed to be o2 but had no knowledge of the contract I was on or the phone I was using. Said they had a special offer that was only available over the phone, and that was only available for a limited amount of time. Managed to send a SMS and make it look like it came from O2. Asked for a payment over the phone. This number is a Scam. I contacted O2 to confirm this.
