I keep getting calls from this company asking if they can chase up any unpaid debts by my customers.
I've told them a dozen times that I own a rather large removal company with lots of big lads and nobody owes me a penny.
If I receive another call from these cowboys then I will cgarge them £30 per call for my time and chase it through the courts.

Keep calling my company every day. I sometimes work late and they have been known to call at 10pm. I have tried all the above and never spoken to anyone. All I get is bleeping fax noise. I will be making further complaints on other web sites that try to address these issues.

Why does this company continue to ignore my requests to be removed from their call register. I have called five occasions to ask them to remove my number. Still I am receving these nonesense quite calls, with beeping tone of the fax machine trying to connect there call. Go away Guardian Recovery before I begin to start charging you for wasting my time.

This number has been calling me for months!!!! I have no idea how this company has my home phone number. I'm registered with tps and Fps and have been for years. I have just emailed them to request that they stop calling me. However I'm not overly happy as now they have my email address! So probably going to receive loads of spam emails from them too. I didn't want to call their office number as it looks like it may be a premium line, and would cost a fortune. Their online form is a joke and doesn't work either so can't complain through that either. Maybe the way they make their money is in the hope you will ring to tell them to stop calling you... In the meantime they cash in on the call. If this doesn't work I'm going to get them done through ico.

we were woken up this morning (SUNDAY)at 6.59 am by someone trying to send me a fax really not happy as i do not own a fax machine, i have decided to phone that number as often as i can during their working hours to try and annoy them, this constitutes harassment in my book and should be dealt with by the law.

After reading your coments, if you have contacted the fps and still they are faxing you use the link and provide proof of the fax. Send it to http://www.ico.org.uk/complaints/marketing/complain They should be able to investigate your complaint. Hope this helps stop the un-wanted spam and silent calls.

I am being pestered daily (sometimes more than once per day) by calls from this number. When I pick up all there is is a beeping tone. This constitutes harassment.
I have sent a text message to the number kindly provided by Phil, asking to be removed from their contact list and intend to send one every time I receive a call should they persist.Irritated replied 10/13/13, 10:00 AMUPDATE:
Received a text message in reply:
You will need to contact the office on Monday morning and provide someone with you[sic] number so that they can remove it. Apologies for any inconvenience.

this number got me out of bed early on a sunday morning to answer my exdirectory and TPS Listed phone number - as my mother was admitted to hospital the night before I thought something was wrong - these idiots have to be stopped from cold calling TPS numbers

Cold call trying to flog their services - this is a fax number hence the fact that no one answers or that you hear the bleeping - they have a website, a consumer credit licence & are data protection registered

01772 333348 has rung me loads of times, even at 6.20 am There is only ever a bleeping sound, nobody ever speaks. When you put the phone down the line is blocked for a few minutes afterwards. Whoever they are, and whatever they want, this is unacceptable and constitutes harassment.

I received a fax but, was quite happy as Guardian Recovery have been able to recover money I thought I would never get back. Junk fax mail can be annoying but, this time it was very helpful!

I have previously asked those that state they have been unhappy with Guardian Recovery for their reference number so that I can investigate any claims. I have not received any responses. Without a name, email address or reference number I am unable to help. Guardian Recovery takes all complaints very seriously, however in these situations I am simply unable to help.
The number attached to us is no longer in use by Guardian Recovery and has not been in use by us for over 3 years. The estimated address on google maps is the other side of Preston from our head office."
