Investigator Mrs M reported Pretends to be from BT with the number 01778417567 as Harassment calls
Indian gentleman, advised he was from BT & advised I had issues with the line & that malicious files were being downloaded without my knowledge. he asked what type of devices had & I confirmed I used laptop, tablet, smart phone among others. Then said he would transfer me to the technical team - another gentleman can on the line saying his name was David - explained in full again & asked if I understood why he was calling - I said yes, he was calling as he thought I was stupid, had fallen from the nearest tree and was about to give him my card details. Funnily, he didn't answer me at which point I hung up
