I keep getting calls on my mobile from these jokers but can't get a name when you call back. However, I found the below on another forum. Hope it helps some people:

For those who were wondering TeleMagic is a telecoms provider, So yes TeleMagic is allocated blocks of numbers by ofcom, No TeleMagic did not make the calls nor did we have anything set up to do so, nor do we have the time to do any voice broadcast. Yes Mobiles 4 Less/Protect your world were companies that Joe held a directors role with, They were FSA registered insurance brokers not PPI scumbags. A customer took on the number and started voice broadcasting, as soon as we were made aware of the issue the customer had his number terminated as per our TOS. We did not make the calls or benefit in anyway from these calls. However we would like to thank everyone for the lovely envelopes of shredded paper a lot of time and dedication was clearly put into it and not forgetting our interview on The One Show. The information commissioner got in touch to ask what numbers we owned and as is publicly available we pointed him to ofcoms allocations page, We were also asked what information we held for the people who had been rung and the answer to that was none. So just to recap on everything, telecom provider (would you personally attack BT or Virgin if they provided the number), our number, not our calls.

Red Hawk Legal is formerly Lifestyle claims. LifeStyle claims went into liquidation Dec 2015. This is a PPI company who DO NOT help you refund PPI.

There are generally two companies involved in a scam like this. One with the telecom resources and telesales staff makes the nuisance calls, and then another follows up the leads generated. Some have identified the latter company as “PPI Advice Line” whilst others have suggested Redhawk Legal Ltd in Swansea following up on the leads.
The company actually making the nuisance calls would appear to be Telemagic Ltd of 15A Cowell Street, Llanelli SA15 1UU. Companies can get blocks of numbers, and Ofcom records show Telemagic Ltd. is allocated the block 01792 211 xxx. Of course CLI can be faked, but other things point to the calls really being from there. Firstly Google street view shows a banner outside Telemagic Ltd’s registered address attempting to recruit “telesales staff” inviting them to call 07727 606257 for an interview. Secondly the director of Telemagic Ltd., Joseph Waite (born 25/03/1981) is director of “Protect Your World Ltd” which, under its previous name of “Mobiles 4 Less Ltd” became notorious for similar aggressive telemarketing of a dubious insurance product..
However, these nuisance calls may be making money for Joseph Waite, if he is the same Joseph Waite of nearby 16 Glan Yr Afon, Llanelli SA15 3QB who, on 20 March 2013, made a planning application to make a rear extension and attic conversion there.

Whenever I ask to be removed from this company's phone list the line goes dead so I decided a different tactic was in order.
This is a company by the name of PPI Advice line. I was so annoyed by the repeated calls that I actually answered their call and played along and had them send me out a pack with their details on and everything.

I'm only 16 and i kept getting calls from these id**ts and ignoring them but eventually it was doing my head in so i picked up and a foreign guy answered so i told them i was only young and demanded to know where they got my number from as they shouldn't be calling young people like that and he got quite nasty and called me a liar and his exxact words in the most evilest freaky voice were 'you little nasty lying woman miss *my surname* you a little liar' and he kept going on but it freaked me out so i put the phone down. I am still getting called at least once a day but i know the number so i don't pick up but its so annoying and beyond a joke now.

Always ringing and I tell them to take me of there records but they still ring. Have rung GAS and Ministry of Justice to report them. Please call them on 03031231113 and02070661000 they can help. The more complaints the the better.

Yet another call today from this number, which I happily missed. The recorded messages pretend they know that you have a PPI claim, and just have to call back to get hundreds or thousands. But I never took out any PPI, and if I had it would have been done deliberately for good reason as I am self-employed.

This number keeps on calling. Every 2 weeks they automatically dial me and a recorded voice starts talking about PPI.
I am actually amazed that companies like this can get away with continual harassment. If you hold the line and speak to someone there then they hang up the second that it becomes apparent that you want them to stop ringing you. -

I am sick of this number coming up on my phone I do not answer and have now added to my contacts as "do not answer" very annoying as I spoke to them first time thinking it was DVLA and told them I wasn't interested in whatever they wanted and not to ring again obviously fell on deaf ears.
