   I have received two calls from this number. The first time I called it back and heard something along the lines of we claim you gain. When I asked if the call was to do with PPI, I was assured it was not but had called a company which acted as a switchboard for 40 different companies. I was asked for my phone number which they could not locate but when I gave my name and address (stupid I know) I was advised I had been called by.. wait for it We Claim U Gain who had been sold my details by the High Court. I advised that I was at work however the member of staff insisted I discussed it with him. I explained again that I was still at work so if he wished he could call me later at 6pm. No call was received. Today I have received a call for a Mr Lewis who when I said I was not Mr Lewis, received an apology and advised that she could help me claim PPI. I said no thank you and they hung up without an apology

   Some phone provider is out there making money by providing these cold call parasites with a service to enable them to harass us with unwanted calls.

   The number they are calling is a hospital I've told them everyday for over a week it is a hospital - they just hang up. It is appalling and I've told them I will report to the Ombudsman.

   We claim you gain has been ringing a business no. up to 4 times a day with a recorded message for ppi - several times I have pressed 1 so I could speak to someone who could take the company of their list. 3 times I have been assured this will happen. Today after 4 calls I did the same, asked them who they were - yet again "we claim you gain" - told the gentleman my problem yet again and he threw the phone down... How can we get this stopped... would appreciate all answers - the switchboard does not let me block calls..

   These guys are fantastic, after all, they are only doing their job, also I received almost £4k with their help. So yes at times the calls are a nuisance, but before you judge why not listen to what they have to say!

    They left a message on my answer phone, coughing down the phone and then the lad said 'he'd put some measels on it' sound like great people!

    They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.
