Asian lady Michelle Wilson called me today from a very noisy call centre she said she was from the BT Technical Department and there was a problem with my Internet. I asked her where she was calling from and she said BT Headquarters, Newgate Street, London which is clever because 01876 is in the Western Isles. I continued to ask her questions and she terminated the call - so it can't be very serious. I have reported the call to TPS, Action Fraud and the Police. Please do the same if you receive a call like this as the more reports the Police receive the more likely something will be done about it.

It's a SCAM, claims to be from BT Helpdesk and there's a problem with my broadband which they can only solve with access to my computer. (I'm not even with BT). AVOID !!!!!
