Someone who can't speak English very well asked for the name of the previous owner of the house and then asked me if I was the owner of the telephone line and I said yes, then asked me if I was the owner of the computer so I said yes, then tried to tell me my virus checker wasn't working and my PC and emails are under attack etc. So I told her that I am an experienced IT professional and that I have about 10 layers of security on my PC and asked if she could tell me what they all are seeing as she thought she knew what was happening to my PC and got half way through that and she hung up on me
