   They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.

   Just been phoned out of the blue by these *******. They appear to be a debt collection agency called FPC/Transcom. I allowed the phone to go to answering machine, as I do with unfamiliar numbers. A recorded message instructed me to ring the number 0845 839 6276 and ask for Ryan quoting a reference number. As I am currently slightly overdrawn at the bank (agreed overdraft) and I have a routine monthly payment of £13 to make on my credit card - this is the sum total of my debts - I believe I am being scammed. Already I do not like these people or the way they operate.

   I've had that many calls from this number recently it's getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I've been advised to ignore them.

   They said they were calling from a third party company regarding the car accident. I told them they have no right to contact me directly as they should have gone through my insurers. She was suddenly very rude and defensive and then decided that she didn't want to speak to me.

    They are a debt collection company, they will be chasing you for an autstanding debt with a differnet company who has sold the debt on to this company.

    The above number called twice today, I did not recognise it nor did I answer it. I did, however call them back, the receiver was picked up for about 1-2 seconds then hung up with no communication. I was not impressed or appeased by this response so have been left suspicious of their intentions

    had a call requesting confirmation of my address, & because i couldn't pass this security question regarding this also previous address they said would send me details out in post. I am confused & vunerable

    ive had over 200 calls from this company as well as at least 250 txt messages , ive phoned them and asked them to stop as im not he person thay are looking for , they are looking for a woman calle jane , so im not even the right sex for them, still nothing . I blocked them on my i phone so they changed there number , just blocked that as well. How do you get these people to leave you alone?
