This company keeps chasing me for a debt which they cannot provide the proof. I spoke with a marktaylor who was arrogant and sounded as if he didnt have clue what he was doing and kept mumberling. Well mark you had better grow a pair and find my proof of debt before i report you to the FCA.

We get fax spam from this company on pretty much a daily basis.
The spam faxes are misleading. They claim to offer "no collection, no fee" basis but there are upfront fees and they are *very* expensive!
Once you have made an enquiry with them they continually harrass you by phone even when you have told them you are not interested!
You request to be removed from their spam - they ignore it.
Avoid this company they are untrustworthy.

Pain in the posterior - their fax number (01942 738500) calls at all and any hour (probably via an automated random dialling system)

Alternatively call them on 0800 055 6228 at no cost to yourself and waste their time and money or 01772 817040 if you have an inclusive phone package (don't forget to dial 141 first though)
or use the online 'Live chat' facility.
Threaten them with the ICO under the unsolicited calls/fax regulations and tell them you will also be consulting your 'legal team' if they do not remove your phone number and persist with the unsolicited fax calls.
Also make sure you tell them that you do not give them permission to share, pass on or sell your details to any other company.
If you can, record the call, but warn them that you are recording the conversation for futue reference. If you use the 'live chat' - copy and paste all the conversation into a word processing document.
These companies do not like having the tables turned on them, get tough and don't let them pull the wool over your eyes or bamboozle you with waffle and excuses.

I keep receiving calls from this number, when I answer I get a beeping sound from the other end, I think possibly a fax. My number is a private residental phone line with no fax, I am registered with TPS but it doesnt stop them. Very frustrating as I am a nightworker and it wakes me! Please stop them.

These guys use a telemarketing and fax machine to call thousands of numbers a day and are run by a convicted conman called Wade Johnson. They are a part of the sentinel debt recovery group, which seems to include a bunch of companies including London debt recovery and Are yOu owed money, which are all the same thing, operating out of the same tiny office in preston. They promise things on their website that they can't deliver and will most likely keep your money.
If you look up Wade Johnson you can see that he's been arrested for fraud on at least 3 separate occasions - each time he's been defrauding people through debt recovery businesses. He used to run Network debt recovery which if you google you can see was ripping people off.
This guy was banned from being a company director, so he's probably in violation of that at least.
Don't accept anything this company tells you. They will probably take your money. If they call you, report them and mention that its being run by a serial fraudster.
