   The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from.
   
   This company called Digital Mail Ltd needs to be stopped, can't someone do something about these calls? This company can't do anything, other than claim the calls is not originating from them and what law is to protect us from this idiocy. I get several of these calls every day, the automated calls go on after I put the phone down. I can't dial out, people can't reach me until they put the phone down. It is damaging my business, yet they can keep calling without any sort of penalty?
   
   I don't understand why a law can't come in where companies like Digital Mail are barred from spoofing UK landlines to dupe you into thinking these are calling from within our country as mentioned on http://notes.dmclub.net/1094 how to spoof dmClub numbers (this is Digital Mail Ltd brand name) from anywhere in the world on any telephone number. The company directors should be fined and disqualified from operating as a UK Telecoms company, as they are pretending the calls are not coming from them. This company is making such a huge profit at our expenses. The company has been aware of the problem and does not want to take action and yet get this sorted out as their main priority of having a clean proper telephone network like BT, or I would not cringe every time a 0161 939, 020 7060, and 020 3000 numbers calls my business line. For everyone information, these scammers have been ringing my business phone under different numbers like their other number is 020 3000 7950. Please do share the pain back with them Digital Mail's telephone is 020 7060 2000, please do call them back!!!!

   Constant calling my mobile everyday with their insurance scam, even though I keep threatening them with police, these foreigners seemed to laugh at me as if they are above TPS and the law. These foreigners have been using lots of different telephone numbers belonging to Digital Mail. So you can never completely get ride of these calls, with a simple block on your mobile. The support team at Digital Mail claims these calls are spoofed, but these scam calls have been going on for ages. These calls are not one isolated incident, as I have to deal with these foreigners for close to several years. Digital Mail sells these numbers to almost anyone and makes huge profit on our misery. 020 3000 XXXX are VIRTUAL DIGITAL MAIL TELEPHONE NUMBERS, meaning you can have a 020 number anywhere in the world, and make it seem like you are in London, but probably South Africa.

   This number rang me several times a day. I took the advice of the commenter and rang them back. To my amazement I spoke with a nice sounding person and I asked that they remove my number. Let's hope it works.
