An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of £200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

Called me on my direct line at work, said he was from talktalk technical department calling about my computer. As I'm sitting in an office with a pc network and an IT department I told him that was rather unlikely and rang off.
