Called regarding giving me 45% discount, then asked to provide my email, once did they said it doesnt match their date base which was a bit off for me, when confront the lady on the phone that i think this phone call is just a pure scam, she was saying that she will provide me with a comapany phone number so i can confirm she is calling from EE.

A woman with heavy accent called to enquire my satisfaction with EE, and then asked if I wanted 45% off my phone bill for a year within the same contract. I asked her to send me the details to look into and she asked me to confirm my email - I said they should have it as I’ve been a customer for 15 years, and she got a bit lost…. Hang up in the end!
