Very rude , people asking for details about name and company and the young man was not trained properly!!! Instead of listening dry my number from his data base and stop calling me many times a day he continue to talk and explained when I was clear that I don't need explanations and I was asking for my number to be removed and no more phone calls from them.!!!! He was talking and talking!!!! Finally he was raising his voice when I interrupted him and repeating for the third time that he need to remove my phone call from the data base. He didn't realise that was unprofessional when was simple. Listen and do what I asked him. I don't need to waist my time , I have the right to refuse sales phone calls !!!!!
