few weeks ago i was contacted by a man who said he worked for google ? he told me in the past few weeks i reported in my laptop by ticking boxes i was having trouble downloading and he was phoning me to fix the problem the only thing i had to do was download a app he would give me numbers to put into my laptop and i would down load a app that would enable him to get into my laptop to correct the mistakes and speed up my laptop? i googled the app and it was genuine to buy were you have control of the other computer as far as i could see it was for kids to take over each others computer to help each other out? i told him i was ill and had to do it another time ? it was only the urgency in his manner that i thought it seems wrong ? then he asked me for the serial number of my laptop and information that he should already know ? i put the phone down and went back to bed ? were he constantly phoned me up all day ? in the end phoned virgin were the confirmed it was a con ? made a complaint and it was forwarded to other people then today same people phoned me up claiming to be the same person said there must of been a misunderstanding the first time and said his name was noel ? the accent and the name did not ring true ?i asked for a number and was given a false one i asked him to phone me back in 30mins and did 1471 there was no number ? made a complaint to virgin were i was given a helpline number who i phoned only to be told because they call from asia they cannot do anything ? i was phoned back by the same person ? told them to fuck off ?? did 1471 and ended up with the number that led me to this site ?

I am a member of the telephone preference service so they should not be phoning me .
If they phone anyone they have to give their name ,company and a freephone number to contact them .I will be reporting them to the TPS -
Young woman kept insisting I had an accident, and I said no. She went on like this for quite a few minutes. I told her she was screwing with my mind. She really was. Me saying no and she saying yes. She laughed. Then she said she wanted a chat. I told her goodbye. She called back again. I blocked her number.

Caller asked to speak to me - I asked who was calling as my phone number is not listed and I was told it was none of my business and she put the phone down.

I said no accident and cut call.

Trying to get me to a payment from a recent car insurance claim, but refused to provide web evidence of legality.

iv just had 3 calls from this telephone number.the last one was a ficticious,supposedly sky for insurance on equipment,nice try buster,but I do not have sky,and sky have no idea whom would do this .it's a scam
