Had this number call my mobile. Just out of interest, is anyone else on here a customer of XLN Telecom? I've recently switched to them and have since had a couple of marketing calls from other companies. I keep going to my online account and unsubscribing from all sales/marketing but, whenever I check back, I'm re-subscribed. Just written them a very shirty letter. Anyway, I could be wrong but I suspect that's where this company has got my number from.

Just had a call informing me that my car had been in an accident in the the last 2-3 months was I not aware of it, very clever since I don't drive nor own a car. They hung up, I wonder why...

Blatantly lied over the telephone and didn't apologies when I said I am registered with the TPS and would be reporting them to the ICO.
I see lots of complaints here - please can everyone report to the ICO so they get a fine!

I had the same call from 02036349821 on 15/07/2015.

When she asked me if I had had an accident I told her I don't have a car (even though I do). She then asked again... can I confirm that you did have an accident.. I told her again ... 'I just said I don't have a car so how can I have an accident'... she couldnt think of a response and said ok thanks bye...

If you have the functionality add the number to your reject list on your phone. That way they will stop calling after x number of attempts when they can only get through to the voice mail.

when I informed them that I was on the TPS and asked for further details about their company, they immediately said they would remove my number and hung up.

Called me at 9:25 on a Saturday morning! Was fast asleep so didn't pick up. Called it back a few minutes later and got an automated message. Something about injury lawyers. Had three options, press 1 presumably for further information, press 9 to hang up and didn't really listen to the other option. TPS and ex-directory yet this one slipped through the net. Always careful to tick (or untick) the right boxes. Understandable (though highly annoying) that they still call, but 9 in the morning on a weekend, ruddy heck!

I was told by the caller that my number had been passed to the by the DVLA because I had had an accident. this was not true and when I asked for more details they hung up.

I have since called the number back ( using 141 to block mine) and the answer was "Injury Claim Law" this is spurious and so is the so called Tottenham Court Road address.

Same as other comments - 'Hannah' telling me that I had been involved in a road traffic accident that's not my fault. I asked where she got my number from and she rudely hung up. Please can someone trace the source and disable this number. I wonder whether anyone does fall into the trap if they hang up that easily?

Received a call from this number, claiming that I had been in a car accident. Knowing full well that this was a nuisance call, proceeded to make up a story that I ran over an elderly lady, drove away but suffered whiplash, would I still be entitled to compensation since I can't sue the victim anymore... she stuttered and transferred me to her supervisor immediately... Ha ha

frist voice is a convincing british female accent but if you ask questions its actually a robot pre recorded voice.... then transfers you to indian call centre... asked where were based he said tottenham court road, i sais i lived on that road and would be happy to pop in and say hello..... he hung up on me :)

A girl named Hannah rang my dads phone I answered it and she asked was I in an accident in the past 2/3 years I told her this was not my phone and she asked again so I said no, without even replying to me she hung up! Something dodgey about that!

Called my mobile today. I never answer numbers I don't know so I left it and searched the number instead. Glad I didn't answer now. I will say that my partner gave my mobile to price comparison sites (car insurance) this week (something I never do!) Don't know if it's related but I suspect this is how they got my number.
