Caller knew my address and said that as my warranty for my washing machine had run out they were offering me a 30% reduction. Odd, as I have had my machine for about ten years and do not have a warranty on it to run out! Probably a con to get me to give out my bank details. How do they know about my machine anyway someone has been giving out info they shouldn't!
