number has called us several times when we've been out. Today number called and when I answered, female (London accent) said "and you can keep your f***** money, cheeky b*****", then cut off! Presume she realised she had rung wrong number? Good insight into customer relations whoever they are!

Asked for me by name - spiel about 'being in the area and upgrading broadband...' Told her not interested and terminated call. Not happy about how she had my name and mobile number - certainly not legitimately. Same number previously reported.

Call to my landline at 14:26 on Tuesday 06 DEC 22. Caller greeted a name which is not known at this address - which I then answered as 'unknown' and hung up. Call centre noises in the background suggest unwanted call.
