Young lady called me today from 'Accident Expert Law' asking if I had a no-fault accident in the last few years (I haven't and actually this phone was originally my partner's who also hasn't). Politely informed her that I wasn't interested to the insensible reply 'yes but can you confirm whether you have had an accident or not?'. Informed her that I could confirm I have a law degree and several years financial services experience and to not call again or I'd be reporting the number. Young lady hung up. Will probably report anyway. Naughty monkeys.

These idiots just won't stop calling me about the 'accident' that i never had! I've had about 50/60 calls from them since August up to now (inc. weekends), and i'm also registered with TPS. I've complained to the TPS already, but still they ring me. I also complained to the Information Commissioner's Office, again NO Feedback from them, they're just another toothless outfit. I do enjoy playing games with them though, such as; Telling them to hold a minute whilst i answer the fake knock at the door, or keep them stringing on as long as possible by giving them loads of false information (might as well waste their phone bill). These turds seriously need putting out of business.

silence at start young lady on the other side with strong accent asking to confirm if I had an accident in the last 3 years which I did and confirm and than lost the call, the only reason this person knows about this is because I have given this details over general search made on comparethemarket.com to find the best deal on a car insurance and I'm pretty sure between them or AXA (they had teh best deal) they got my details.

Another of those computerized calls, where you think you're talking to a charming young lady, but they're just recorded responses. The time lag between you talking and the recording responding gives it away after a few seconds.
This was a call about a non-accident I haven't had within the last two years...Matt replied 10/20/15, 5:23 PMYup - just had the same call from them. Could tell quickly that it was a form of automation - gets confused if you call it a robot! -

Called reference to their records about a non fault car accident I had. i asked which one and got passed to a supervisor. He said the same thing and when I again said which accident, I got told don't worry, relax, just tell me which one. I have ng up on him, I've actually never had an accident!

An woman with an Indian accident told me that the call was about a non fault accident I'd had. As I'd one a couple of months ago I continued with the call. I asked her name and said I would call the company back directly, using the number on the internet to ensure they were genuine. They ended the call straight immediately.

This no. called my mobile, which only friends and family have. I didn't speak then the line went dead. At least with my mobile I can put it on a reject list, can't do that with land line. Nearly every call to our land line is spam despite TPS and our provider managing to stop some. Unless I recognise the number I don't answer any more.

Constantly being called by this number and others almost every day since someone drove into the back of my car and claimed through their insurance. I have blocked all numbers to my phone other than my contacts but it lets me know when I have been called. Its so annoying, as my incident was back in March and I am still being pestered.

The girl asked if I can confirm that I was in an accident recently. I said yes, so she asked very surprisingly 'You were?!', so I said 'What kind of accident are we talking about?' and she hung up. Very awful sound and connecting is like it's VoIP or any other internet calls.

I had a call around 5pm yesterday evening claiming that i had been in a car accident. I haven't been in any accident for over 15 years. When questioned and told that i was registered with Telephone Preference Service, i was given abuse down the phone. unfortunately they did not block there number, so i have had great pleasure this morning completing the relevant paperwork for TPS & offcom. everyone should do the same thing, lets get this annoying low life's shut down!

Called this afternoon, young lady started her spiel about how i was in an accident. as soon as i mentioned reporting the number she hung up.
Does anyone know how accurate the map is at the top of the page? Call seems to originate from the pavillion hotel in Hyde Parkdonkey replied 10/13/15, 4:48 PMIt'll just be the approximate location of the exchange or data centre the number routes through so not really of any use -

They call to offer legal help with your accident..even if you haven't had one! I have been called periodically advising that I have had an accident. I always miss the calls but called them to find out who was calling me.
