When this number rang, I remained silent until someone spoke. When I asked who was calling, he answered with the name of a broadband provider (didn't catch the name). I asked how he got my number as I'm ex-directory, he claimed that it was because I had done a survey on broadband services. I haven't. He then said that it was because I'd been used a broadband comparison site. I haven't. He asked if I was the account holder, and I told him that I wasn't giving him any information (twice). Number now blocked.
