I only looked on site out of interest and signed up to see what the cost of a subscription was. Too expensive for me so haven't followed through.
i did not request any kind of call back so am not pleased they feel the need to call me. -

Will assume this was MyHeritage calling as clicked on "upgrade" to check on prices. I did not ask to be contacted and in fact have had previous trouble with them bombarding me with calls, after which I had asked them to remove me from their database which they obviously didn't do.
I am now moving my data to another site as it is despicable behaviour. -

As far as I can tell this is a trustworthy number. I am a subscriber to ‘my heritage’, a geneology site. This call was made to me in the early evening. The caller was telling me about a promotion on ‘my heritage’. He was pleasant, not pushy. He knew details about my geneology so I was pretty sure it was genuine. I didn’t take up the promotion as I don’t do anything over the phone. He was understanding about me being cautious, and we had a friendly chat before he signed off.

MyHeritage, called to notify of a security breach and advised to change password. Some email addresses had been found on a private server that was not their own.
They maybe use this number for sales at other times, but on this occasion they left a voicemail - good customer service on this occasion. -

Someone from My Heritage trying to convince me to pay for another subscription, offering a better 'deal' than on the website. This was literally half an hour after I had used their website and decided not to spend money. Totally freaked out, got off the call and deleted my account immediately. No thank you!
