I received call from 02045870940 , Lady on phone said I won lottery on tv and this is a call from national tv and it is genuine and ask if I can transfer to register, they knew my name and home address.
and as I said I don't transfer any money or bank detail , she hang up. -

National TV lotto scam has been reported with number +442045716940 as Telemarketer
Offering 'information' about online share dealing, with immediate referral to a colleague with advice. Claimed not to be selling anything.
Called unprompted, could not confirm how they had procured my number other than vaguely that I had submitted it online which is not true in relation to this.
Refused to give company name, claimed to be unable to remove my number from their database, generally abrupt and dismissive.
Definite odour of scam. -

They called me, saying that I was a winner for a National Lottery entry, and that they represented the National TV network. Hmm, they asking me for my bank details etc. to start the process of crediting me the money. I don't remeber this particular lotto entry.
