The fourth nuisance call today, this was the Talk Talk impersonators again.
Last week they rang ten times in two days. The usual indistinct voice, against a noisy background, said a few words but when I interrupted to say I was having difficulty hearing because of the noise he rang off. This is what usually happens. Until last week these criminals were using Withheld numbers. Now they use a different number each time. This is one.
