Indian sounding female advising to help me with my slow broadband,
Said I am from Technical Support to help with your slow speed.
Asked me to connect to "www.speedtest.com"
I did as I knew that was safe.
Told me to click on Consent and Go and tell her what happens.
Muttered something about spinning wheels, and asked who she was from again. This time she said Virgin TS.
Told her I did not have Virgin [3 times]. Then she said "no you misheard me, I am Openreach TS", i apologised then asked if she was from the Warrington office "Yes that's where i am"
Asked her to tell me what to do again, kept making mistakes and eventually she hung up.
