Tries to pretend they are calling following an Accident that I've had, but suddenly seems very vague about what accident they are talking about! They then try to pretend that they are trying to establish the details of the Accident after I called them (I didn't!). When it became obvious that I wasn't falling for their SCAM, they rang off!
