My information was allegedly stolen and used for financial transactions. Due to the volume of transfers, they detected it wasn't me and blocked the transactions. Odd that there are restrictions on large transfers, but regardless. He claimed he'd receive 4000 euros if I recovered the funds. Despite my assurance that I hadn't lost anything, he insisted it was my money. When I revealed it was a prank, he became agitated. Financial scam alert!

After call being transferred, I spoke with a French speaker who informed me that my data had been compromised and exchanged for cash. They claimed to have stopped everything because there were so many transfers, proving they weren't me. They argued that the money was my and that he would receive 2,000 euros if I was able to retrieve it, which sounded strange given that I couldn't make a lot of transactions. Scam with money!
