Call a little while ago re cover on washing machine running out. I had extended warranty online - he would update details. Call today re cover on washing machine. Told him had already had this updated. He gave me my address and asked if I would confirm it. Worringly he knew my name and wanted me to give expiry date on my Visa card! I wouldn't give him details and he hung up!

Someone called Charlotte she didn't say where she was calling from but said it was regarding cover on a washing machine that I no longer own as it is over 10 years old - obviously a scam so I just hung up on them.
Louise replied 6/29/20, 11:31 AMSame “Oliver” called today about washing massive cover, I had my machine from my Nan who died... how does he know the cover rang out!
He was very rude after I called his bluff...
I replied with laughter he hung up, which makes a pleasant change!!
