This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn’t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it’s off to Ofcom.

Telling me I have 3 platinum weeks unclaimed holiday bonus from my resort. Seems like a timeshare scam not to be trusted. Gave the company name as Exclusive weeks but when dialled back recorded message give HotWeeks something is not right
David R replied 1/31/19, 10:58 AMJust had the same call naming our club. We apparently have three weeks to use "did we want to 're-bank' them". No, I replied, "can I ask why not?" Sensing a possible scam, I replied "because I'm not interested". Surprise, surprise the phone went dead!!peter replied 2/14/19, 2:58 PMhad same number called, number blocked. -

These people have bee calling for some time and never left a message. I am apparently entitled to some form of "bonus" holiday weeks which I have not paid for - I hung up before they got to the point of asking for money. I consider this likely to be some form of timeshare scam.

02393659118 called 3 times tin a row. It was obvious to me that the caller knew nothing about me as he asked for either me or my husband. The third time, he said my platinum level was expiring, and when I asked him what was he talking about he said "I'll just let it go away" and hung off. He was very aggressive. Ignore calls from this number.
