    Reported to be from Homeserve but in my Opinion if really Homeserve and you have an account with them, they would write to you rather the phone to make you an offer of a lower rate. Most likely sme sort of scam

    Tried telling me that as I'd not claimed for two years that my policy had become cheaper (half price) and then wanted to confirm details were correct. Got my town wrong and then started quoting bank card numbers that were wrong. Rather than correct them, I pointed out that they were wrong and the line went dead!
