   SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not even consider giving these scumbags any information. Have a look at the other comments, as with other call check websites the vast majority are glowing references of how great the callers are, and how the number has been verified as genuine in an HSBC branch. Funnily enough though, they were all written and posted within two hours of each other, and all started a couple of days ago.
   We (as a business) got called earlier about a payment that had put on hold as it had been flagged up as suspicious. The caller was well spoken, polite and had none of the usual call centre noise in the background, he even gave us 03333397873 as an HSBC business banking number to call and confirm they were genuine which I then rang while my manager continued with the original call which had come up as an anonymous number.
   I'm not going to go through the reasons why my call to the business team rang the alarm bells as I don't want to give these utter wastes of air, rations and time the opportunity to make themselves more convincing to the next poor sod that they manage to dupe.
   DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THAT COMES OUT OF ANY OF THESE F**KTARDS MOUTHS!!! I've copied this from my original post on another call check website, and will post it on as many others as I can find as I'm sick of these tw*ts feeding off of honest people.

   I've been with HSBC for ages, and they've always been great. Anika and the others at HSBC are like friendly neighbors. They've helped me so many times. Whether it's a question or a problem, they're there for me. I wouldn't bank anywhere else, and I can vouch that the number they gave me to call is genuine.
