claimed to represent 118 and bing search? started to say she wanted to confirm some details in their directory, and it wouldn't cost us anything, but wanted to speak to either the business owner or 'someone who can make financial decisions' - i said i could easily confirm any information they may hold about us in their public directory so why would she need to speak to someone who could make financial decisions? She decided to end the call in a huff.
